TAG Heuer makes every effort to deliver e-commerce orders as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.

To track your order, visit your TAGHeuer.com account or contact our Customer Care team by e-mail or by phone.

DELIVERY

Complimentary Express Delivery is included with each order:

  • Next Day Delivery on orders placed before 12:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the day after tomorrow.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday will be delivered on the next Tuesday.

QUICK FACTS

  • Packages may be scheduled for Saturday delivery where that service is available.Sunday and holiday delivery are not available.
  • To protect your merchandise, a signature is required upon delivery.
  • Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for exact delivery details.
  • For orders totaling over 70,000 AUD, a TAG Heuer Customer Care representative will contact you to arrange for delivery via secure courier.
  • Orders are available for shipping to all national destinations. At this time, we do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APOs.
